Price quoted excludes VAT which will be added to invoice(s) at rate ruling at date of invoice.

We have based price on working normal hours 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. In event that site requirements or other circumstances require work to be carried out at other times additional costs may be incurred.

Price includes all items as detailed in the quotation.

Price quoted will be held fixed and open for acceptance for a period of 30 days from date of issue.

Terms of payment 30 days after hand-over of completed works.

All equipment and materials supplied remain the property of the vendor until paid for in full.

All equipment and materials if supplied are guaranteed for 12 months from date of supply or installation. This guarantee does not include cover for accidental damage to equipment caused by others or failure and damage resulting from incorrect use.

No allowance has been made or included for any discount or retention fees to the main contractor or other parties acting in any capacity.

If alterations or additional work not stated in this quotation is required by the client, they will be notified in writing of any price variations. Any additional works will not be started until an official order has been received and acknowledged.

If access is denied to site area during working hours of pre-arranged work, the required tasks will be carried out at a more convenient time but will be subject to the current labour charges.
